Silencing the woman in my head!
The woman in my head is a blend between Carol Brady and Mrs. Claus. She is constantly saying to me " If you were a really good mother you would...." She is quick to point out where I have fallen short and always has an abundance of guilt she is generous to share. She is the embodiment of everything I never had as a mother and everything I wish I could be as a mother. She is the "perfect" mother that I will never be.
